Full payment is required prior to the confirmation of booking(s). Failure to pay the full amount may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Refund Policy :

Refunds will be processed according to the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds are contingent upon HappyFares receiving the funds from the airline.

The convenience fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

For any cancellations made directly with the airline, it is mandatory to inform HappyFares to initiate the refund process.

The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment mode, bank, etc.

Refunds will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made. For instance, if a credit card was used, the reversal will be made to that same credit card. Similarly, if a debit card was used, the refund will be credited to that debit card.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, any upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
