happyfare Easy Refund is a fare type that offers free cancellation or rescheduling on all domestic flight bookings.
This includes a full refund on cancellation or a free date change.
You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before flight departure.
For cancellation, you will get the entire refund amount excluding the happyfares fee.

To avail happyfare Easy Refund, you need to:

Search for a flight on HappyFares.
On the results page, click on More Fare.
Under Additional Services, select HappyFares (Easy Refund).
Pay a nominal premium above the standard fare.
Your flight will now be eligible for Easy Refund.

Easy Refund is a one-time service that allows you to reschedule or cancel your flight reservation once. Once you have rescheduled your flight, you will not be able to cancel it and receive a full refund. You may be able to get a partial refund, depending on the airline's policies.

How will happyfare Easy Refund work if multiple passengers are traveling under the same Reference Number?

If you have multiple passengers traveling under the same reference number, each traveler is individually eligible for a one-time free cancellation or rescheduling request. You can make the changes for all travellers together, or each one individually.

If I have booked a round trip, can I cancel or reschedule both the onward and return flights?

Happyfare Easy Refund allows you to cancel or reschedule tickets for both your onward and return journey together; in one request, as well as separately. You can do this at least 24 hours before flight departure without any penalty.

By how many days can I reschedule my flight?

With Happyfare Easy Refund, you can reschedule your flight up to unlimited days in advance and postpone up to 90 days from the date of the amendment. You can do this at least 24 hours before flight departure without any penalty.

Will I be required to pay an extra amount if I reschedule my trip?

With happyfares Easy Refund, you will not be required to pay an extra amount for rescheduling your flight. However, a fare difference (if any) will apply.

The fare difference is the difference between the fare of the original flight and the fare of the new flight. If the new flight costs more than the original flight, you will be required to pay the fare difference. If the new flight costs less than the original flight, you will receive a refund for the difference.

What happens if the airline cancels my flight?

If the airline cancels your flight, you will be refunded the premium and airline fare. You will not be required to pay any cancellation fees. You can initiate the ticket cancellation process on happyfares after you receive intimation from the airline about the cancellation.
